Why I started the initiative
Clear information.
Better conversations.
Data center decisions affect our communities, natural resources, and the future of work. I want residents to understand what is proposed, ask informed questions, and see whether commitments are being met.
That means checking sources, listening to concerns, and making room for the people building and operating these systems to explain their work. My goal is to make those conversations more useful and easier to follow.

My interest in AI centers on people: how they adapt to new tools, how their work changes, and what support they need. I bring that same attention to the communities affected by the infrastructure behind these technologies.
Through this initiative, I’m working toward responsible growth, clear information, and public accountability. As Virginia’s reforms develop, that means helping people understand the changes and contribute informed questions. Read our current priorities.
